We provide our travelers with fully furnished corporate housing for the duration of their travel contracts. Most accommodations feature one-bedroom apartments or condominiums in quiet and comfortable neighborhoods, as close as possible to the hospital you will be working at.

These corporate accommodations offer you all the comforts of home, may include cable and internet.  Most of the properties we have partnered with offer excellent work out facilities, spa and pool areas.  You will truly feel like you are in your home away from home!

Tax Advantage is an industry marketing slogan for a travel reimbursement policy used by some companies. Any employer having employees that travel in the course of their work, can reimburse for expenses incurred while the employee is away from home. There are three common approaches:

1) Company pays for actual employee travel expenses requiring employee to submit receipts,
2) Company pays for the expense directly (i.e. housing) or
3) Company pays an allowance up to the maximum per diem or standard allowance for lodging, meals, and/or use of car.

A company can mix approaches for each category of expense (i.e. pay for housing, and provide a meal per diem). For example if you were to go to work at a hospital and pay for your own travel and moving, etc., you would still only make whatever the wage is. If that wage was $38 p/hr you are going to be taxed on $6,080 p/mo. With traveling you get the wage (taxed), per diem (food) untaxed, and housing provided or a reasonable housing stipend (untaxed) while you work as a traveler. If the blended rate is $38 p/hr., $30 p/hr is taxable, $8 p/hr is not taxed, $1,000 p/mo housing stipend (untaxed), thus you end up only being taxed on the $4800 p/mo and receiving $1280 p/mo per diem untaxed, and $1000 p/mo for housing untaxed.

Travel Reimbursements are limited to $500 or actual expenses whichever is lower.  On special occasions, if approved by your recruiter, there may be a higher allowance approved prior to you signing a contract.
